"Kathleen planned a very special trip for our 25 wedding anniversary with great attention to detail that made it so vey memorable. This was our first trip to the Canadian Rockies but won't be our last! Our trip included limousine transfers, dinner reservations, fabulous accommodations at several Fairmont properties and 2 days of travel by train on the Rocky Mountain Mountaineer. The trip was well planned and well paced. Everything flowed seamlessly. The Fairmont Lake Louise was a favorite with breathtaking views from our room. The travel by train provided scenery that would not be accessible by any other means. The train service was top notch with interesting narration from the train staff throughout interspersed between nice meal and drink service. We found the app to be a wonderful tool to keep track of our itinerary. The Service from Kathleen as well as the hotel, drivers, and train staff was excellent. Can't wait to have her plan another trip!"
"Kathleen organized our first trip to El Salvador. and it exceeded our expectations. What a beautiful country with the nicest people! We very much enjoyed it! Everything went smoothly from seamless airport pickup to getting around to all of our planned tours and destinations. Every person we interacted with was great. We ended up spending 2 days with our tour guide Adonis . He was patient, kind and very informative. Boca Olas resort in El Tunco was perfect and we liked the short walking path from our hotel into town to enjoy the beach, restaurants, and night life. We loved the Flowers Tour including the Coffee Plantation tour! We're planning to go back with a larger group of friends and will definitely work with Kathleen again."
